Pricing Policies

Policy Notes Details
Starter Package $99 for 3k visits / 30 days; one time only (e.g. must upgrade at end of period). $99 credited on upgrade if upgraded before end of month. Access to all features (walls and flows). Available via coupon code.
Wall vs Flow base subscription packages Wall package is $499, Flow package is $1,999. Base subscription packages are necessary if a client is paying month to month.
Wall AND Flow If a customer wants to use wall and flow, they are buying the flow package, and credits are pooled. e.g. no difference between wall and flow visit.
Prepaid packages types Yearly prepaid packages are 12 months at a 25% discount from published per visit rates.
Selecting a prepaid package Customer must select an expected level of traffic for annual prepaid package. Billed at start of prepaid period.
Overages Alert at 80% of monthly threshold.
Overages - monthly Auto-upgrade to next tier when threshold is hit. Billed at end of month on USAGE in tier. Any unused credits roll over, are used first, and expire after 1 month.
Overages - annual Auto-upgrade to next tier when total usage threshold for the prepaid period is hit. E.g. if purchased 12 months at 250k visits monthly, at 3,000,001, next threshold billed for 1 month. If unused by end of month, those credits roll over, and expire in 12 months. Prepaid package discount applies to overages as well.
Base subscription credits Base subscription credits don't roll over.
Downgrade Only applies to month to month usage customers. If previous month made it to tier 3, but next month falls to tier 2, 30 day grace period to still charge at tier 3 pricing before falling back to tier 2 pricing. Increments remain the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I go over my monthly limit?

As a monthly account, if you exceed your monthly session limit, your month will automatically jump to a new tier, and lower pricing per visit. As an annual account, visit credits are used regardless of month end. You'll receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your account limit to discuss.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time to a longer prepaid plan. Credit will be given for remaining subscription, and any rollover credits in the current plan. Please refer to the pricing calculator to understand tiers and discounts!

What counts as a session?

A session is a visit. Whether that visitor looks at one or a dozen of your Boardwalk properties, it still counts as a single session until the visitor is inactive for 30 minutes.

What happens to unused sessions?

Sessions included in the base monthly subscriptions do not roll over. If last month bumped up to a new tier, that block of credits rolls over, and expire after 3 months. Each month, rollover credits are used first, then subscription credits.

What happens to unused service hours?

Service hours expire 3 months after purchase and cannot be refunded. However, they can be used for a variety of services including implementation support, strategy sessions, and custom integrations. Hours are tracked per account.
